Main timber room (ground floor, ~45 m²)
Large timber living room with kitchenette — electric oven, ceramic hob, corner sink, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, bean-to-cup coffee machine. Dining area for 12, satellite TV + DVD, CD tower + radio, Wi-Fi, large sofa and coffee table, tiled stove. Separate WC, stairs to the upper floor. A bonus for the parents — our own tap with draft beer.
Wellness & pool
Private sauna with your choice of setting — Finnish or tropical — with LED lighting and music, hot tub and relaxation room. In summer, a covered outdoor pool heated by a heat pump (6 × 3 × 1.2 m). Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.
Outdoors
Seating and grill of course, with a shelter for rainy days. Outdoor ping-pong table, trampoline, swings, slide, sandbox. Long summer evenings around the bonfire.

4Bathroom (WC, shower, basin, heated floor). Room ~22 m² for 3–4 (wardrobe, satellite TV + DVD).
Apartment 2

Good to know
Pets are not allowed. The house is non-smoking. Parking for up to 4 cars is free. A refundable house deposit of 4,000 CZK is collected on arrival.

The chalet sits in Rudník-Bolkov at the foot of Černá hora in the eastern Krkonoše, at 620 m a.s.l., in the KRNAP protection zone. A semi-secluded spot by the Bolkov brook — absolute privacy and undisturbed quiet. The Černá hora cable car in Janské Lázně is just 4 km away. Trutnov ~15 km, Hostinné 8 km, Vrchlabí 12 km.
